At Casa da Oliveira we understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we have a fair and clear cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
Partial refund
For cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
No refunds
For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be possible.
Important information
A one-time cleaning fee of €75 will be charged at the time of booking.
We recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance so that you are protected against unexpected situations.
Cancellations must be made in writing via [email address] or directly via the platform on which the booking was made.
In case of no-show (failure to show up) without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
